Christine Marie has a unique ability to communicate with Source and enjoys an intimate connection with powerful enlightened helping spirits. The practices and modalities used are vast and effective. These practices result in the re-empowerment of the client and often result in impressive positive physical, spiritual, and lifestyle restoration and improvements.

A cornerstone principle is that many of our thought challenges, dis-eases, problems, and unhealthy patterns manifest from imbalances in our energy. Imbalances may be found within our soul, chakra system, or within our spirit or physical body. When we address these issues at the energetic level, the effect often manifests within the physical, mental, emotional body and lifestyle patterns.

Shamanic practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that Shamanic healing does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that Shamanic healing can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so. I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the body to heal itself.

 

By clicking “Buy Now,” “Purchase,” or any other phrase on the purchase button, entering

your credit card information, or otherwise enrolling, electronically, verbally, or otherwise,

you (“Client”) agree to be provided with products, programs, or services by Christine Marie

 (“Healer”), acting on behalf of Christine Marie (“Company”), and you are

entering into a legally binding agreement with the Company, subject to the following terms

and conditions:

 

1. TERMS.

(a) Upon execution of this Agreement, electronically, verbally, or otherwise, the

Healer agrees to provide services in accordance with Shamanic Healing Services & AWAKEN (“program”).

 

(b) The scope of services rendered by the Healer pursuant to this contract shall be

solely limited to those contained therein and/or provided for on Healer’s Website

christinemarieheals.com as part of the Program.

 

(c) Healer reserves the right to substitute services equal to or comparable to the

Program for Client if reasonably required by the prevailing circumstances.

 

(d) Client agrees to be open, present and prepared to complete the work. Client is

responsible for his/her own success and implementation of objectives met.

 

(e) The content included in the Program is for your individual, non-commercial use. Client

agrees not to share login details and/or Program materials with any third parties.

 

(f) Healer reserves the right to remove Client from Program at any time for any

reason.

 

2. METHODOLOGY. Client agrees to be open minded to Healer’s methods and partake

in services as proposed. Client understands that Healer has made no guarantees as

to the outcome of the coaching sessions or Program. Healer may revise methods or

parts of the Program based on the needs of the Client.

 

3. DISCLAIMERS. By participating in the Program, Client acknowledges that the Healer

is not a medical doctor, psychologist, therapist, attorney, or financial advisor, and her

services do not replace the care of other professionals. The information in this

Program is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or

any other type of therapy or professional advice.

 

The Healer may provide the Client with information relating to products that the Healer

believes might benefit the Client, but such information is not to be taken as an

endorsement or recommendation. The Healer is not responsible for any adverse

effects or consequences that may result, either directly or indirectly, from any

information or coaching provided.

 

The Healer may provide Client with third-party recommendations for such services as

marketing, photography, business, health, or other related services. Client agrees that

these are only recommendations and the Healer will not be held liable for the services

provided by any third-party to the Client. The Healer is not responsible for any adverse

effects or consequences that may result, either directly or indirectly, from any

information or services provided by a third-party.

 

Any testimonials, earnings, or examples shown through Healer’s website are only

examples of what may be possible for Client. There can be no assurance as to any

particular outcome based on the use of Healer’s programs, courses, and/or

services. Client acknowledges that Healer has not and does not make any

representations as to a future outcome of any kind that may be derived as a result of

use of Coach’s website, programs, products or services.

 

4. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY.

(a) Upon execution of this Agreement, Client agrees to pay to the Healer the full

purchase amount.

(b) Healer offers refunds up to seven days after purchase to ensure that clients are fully committed to the Program.

(c) If Client selects a payment plan option, Client agrees to pay fees to the

Healer according to the payment schedule set forth on Healer’s website, or

otherwise provided to Client, and the payment plan selected by Client (the

“Fee”).

 

(d) Credit Card Authorization (if applicable for payment plan). Each Party hereto

acknowledge that Healer will charge the credit card chosen by the Client.

 

(e) In the event the Client fails to make any of the payments within a payment plan

during the time prescribed, Healer has the right to immediately disallow

participation by Client until payment is paid in full, including disallowing access

to modules, materials, and coaching calls. If the Client has not paid within

fourteen (14) days, Healer has the right to terminate agreement and reserves

the right to take legal action to collect payment.

 

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. In respect of the documents specifically

created for the Client as part of this Program, the Healer maintains all of the copyright,

other intellectual property rights and any other data or material used or subsisting in

the Material whether finished or unfinished. Client receives one license for personal

use of any content provided to the Coach. Nothing in this Agreement shall transfer

ownership of or rights to any intellectual property of the Healer to the Client, nor grant

any right or license other than those stated in this Agreement. The Coach reserves

the right to immediately remove Client from the Program, without refund, if you are

caught violating this intellectual property policy.

 

6. RECORDING AND REDISTRIBUTION OF CALLS. Client acknowledges that group

Healing sessions between client and Healer will never be recorded without either client and Healer consent.

7. RELEASE. 

Healer may take clients photo with only written consent from client. Healer may also only put clients photo on website with written consent from client. For promotional purposes only.

Client waives any right to payment, royalties or any other consideration for

Company’s use of such written statements, images, audio recordings and video

recordings and Client waives the right to inspect or approve the finished product used

by Company. The Company is hereby held harmless and released and forever

discharged from all claims, demands, and causes of action which Client, their heirs,

representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on Client’s

behalf or on behalf of the Client estates have or may have by reason of this

authorization.

 

8. NON-DISPARAGEMENT. The Parties agree and accept that the only venue for

resolving a dispute shall be in the venue set forth herein below. The Parties agree

that they neither will engage in any conduct or communications with a third party, public, designed to disparage the other. 

Healer gives client full consent and permission to disclose disputes with professional licensed personnel (therapist, mental health professional, medical provider) as well as close friends and family.

Neither Client nor any of Client’s

associates, employees or affiliates will directly or indirectly, in any capacity or

manner, make, express, transmit speak, write, verbalize or otherwise communicate

in any way (or cause, further, assist, solicit, encourage, support or participate in any

of the foregoing), any remark, comment, message, information, declaration,

communication or other statement of any kind, whether verbal, in writing,

electronically transferred or otherwise, that might reasonably be construed to be

derogatory or critical of, or negative toward, the Healer or any of its programs,

affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents or representatives.

 

9. GOOD FAITH. Each party represents and warrants to the other that such party has

acted in good faith, and agrees to continue to so act, in the negotiation, execution,

delivery, performance, and any termination of this Agreement.

 

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. The information, education, and coaching

provided to the Client by the Healer under this Agreement are provided on an “as-is”

basis, without any warranties or representations express, implied or statutory;

including, without limitation, warranties of quality, performance, non-infringement,

merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nor are there any warranties

created by a course of deal, course of performance or trade usage.

 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. By using Christine Marie’s services and purchasing

this Program, Client accepts any and all risks, foreseeable or non-foreseeable,

arising from such transaction. Client agrees that Healer will not be held liable for any

damages of any kind resulting or arising from including but not limited to; direct,

indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages

happening from the use or misuse of the Program. Client agrees that use of this

Program is at user’s own risk.

 

12. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in

accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon within the United States regardless

of the conflict of laws principles thereof.

 

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the

parties and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties, whether written or

oral.
